

Before they leave, Goynes instructs the family to tell the police that Charley broke into their home and that Wertz killed Charley in self-defense. He orders Goynes to kill Russo and the family, and Goynes realizes he and Russo have been set up. Jones phones the house, having discovered the documents are fake.
